design brief
LT House is a residence of over 1,200 m² conceived with a comprehensive sustainability approach, combining innovative technology with a modern tropical design. Its façade is clad in WPC, a recycled material that emulates wood, and its structure is built with Prenova technology, reducing concrete and steel usage by 30% through lightweight slabs with recycled plastic spheres.
LT House organizes its public spaces across three levels. In the basement, there is a playroom, a cinema with an audio room, and a wine cellar, offering an exclusive, high-end recreational area.
On the ground floor, the living–dining area connects directly to the sundeck and pool, whose innovative movable floor allows adjusting its depth and expanding the sundeck as needed. In an annex building, there is a barbecue pavilion (quincho), ideal for gatherings and events.
Finally, on the rooftop terrace there is an outdoor lounge that extends the wellness experience into the open air. The private areas have been designed to ensure privacy and comfort.
On the first basement level, a music room illuminated by a sunken English courtyard provides an ideal environment for creativity.
On the ground floor, the children’s bedrooms are arranged with a focus on functionality and access to shared areas. The primary suite is located on the upper floor, noted for its generous dimensions and sophisticated design.
On the second terrace, an expansion area with a fire pit and a family-oriented lounge creates the perfect setting for evening gatherings. LT House features a comprehensive service infrastructure.
On the first basement level are the laundry room, garage, bicycle storage, a storeroom, and an electrical switchboard room. Additionally, there are two mechanical rooms: one on the second basement level and another on the first basement level, along with the pool’s plant room.
Sustainability is the central axis of LT House, integrating principles of bioclimatic architecture, energy efficiency, and water management.
