LT House

From the very first day we accepted the commission for LT HOUSE, we took on more than a project — we embraced the responsibility of shaping a dream. Conceived under a comprehensive sustainability approach, this 1,200 m² residence merges innovative technology with a modern tropical design language. From the outset, we knew the journey would not be simple and that the challenge would be significant; it was precisely within that complexity that our team found its purpose.

The structure, built using Prenova technology, reduces concrete and steel usage by 30% through lightweight slabs incorporating recycled plastic spheres. Its façade, clad in WPC, evokes the nobility of wood while maintaining a strong environmental commitment. What drives us — and continues to drive us — is the passion to explore, to test new solutions, and to research materials that often travel from different parts of the world — such as solar roof tiles imported from Australia — before finding their final expression within the project.

The design distributes its public spaces across three levels, including a basement featuring a private cinema and wine cellar, and a ground floor where the living and dining areas connect seamlessly to an innovative movable-floor swimming pool. The private quarters — from the music room illuminated by an English courtyard to the sophisticated master suite — reflect a pursuit of absolute well-being. We understood that achieving such an ambitious vision demands more than the right decisions; it requires time, dedication, and a shared perspective.

Throughout this process, the client was not a spectator but an active partner. The home’s infrastructure — including geothermal heat pump systems, integrated grey and black water management through a biodigester, and up to 100% energy autonomy during summer — was developed through dialogue, trust, and the shared conviction that excellence emerges from collaboration. Pursuing objectives of this magnitude meant embracing longer timelines and extraordinary investments, always guided by the certainty that each decision served a greater purpose.

LT HOUSE is fully automated through a DMS integration system with a centralized dashboard and was modeled using BIM methodology, enabling precise long-term management of every component.

Today, the residence stands as a perfect balance between design, technology, and sustainability. Because when architects and clients move in the same direction, a house transcends its physical form — becoming the true reflection of a shared vision.
