LEC House presents itself as a modern-design residence where the juxtaposition of volumes and the interplay of diagonals create a unique architectural identity. From the entrance, a corridor leads to the social areas, seamlessly integrating the kitchen, living room, dining room, and gallery. The leisure program is complemented by a small cinema at the front of the house, offering an exclusive space for entertainment.

On the upper floor, the bedrooms form the most private sector, ensuring peace and intimacy. The layout of the house has been carefully optimized, placing the service area on the ground floor, strategically arranged behind the garage to achieve greater functionality without interfering with the main areas.

The guiding concept of the project is based on the dialogue between volumes, the use of architectural bands, and the dynamism of diagonals, which not only generate fluid spaces but also add textures and contrasts to the overall composition. LEC House is a synthesis of innovation and comfort, where every architectural detail has been conceived to enrich the living experience.
