CF House

Behind the neoclassical language lies a sequence of generous spaces where comfort and social gatherings take priority.

The entrance hall allows circulation to the various areas of the home. In the living–dining room, the staircase anchors one side, while on the other are the guest bedroom and study.

The service area has its own independent entrance and includes the kitchen, garage, and barbecue pavilion (quincho). The upper floor is divided into two parts: the private bedroom wing and, separately, a service wing with laundry and an additional bedroom.

Finally, the attic houses a screening area and playroom. Facade details, rusticated stonework, mansard roofs, balusters, semicircular arches, and moldings, define the aesthetic that gives the work its personality. A pediment elevates the main entrance, accentuating the home’s classical character. Interior spaces feature artisan-crafted materials such as wall boiserie, marble in the bathrooms, and custom wood cabinetry designed and built to the required aesthetic and quality.
