From the moment of arrival, the user is welcomed by a contemporary living area that sets the rhythm of the residence. Here, domestic language merges with premium hospitality standards: calibrated lighting, noble materials, and a serene atmosphere that conveys calm and sophistication. A corridor fluidly connects to the social areas — kitchen, dining room, and gallery — which fully integrate with the outdoors. This volumetric proposal takes a clear stance; the interplay of masses, voids, and tensions is not decorative, but instead constructs a contemporary order sensitive to human scale, far from the conventional.

The experience of the house extends to the basement level, where the wine cellar integrates as a complementary space to the social areas. It is not merely a service area, but a high-comfort environment designed with the same meticulous attitude that avoids generic solutions, elevating the standard of every technical and aesthetic resolution.

On the upper floor, the bedrooms are conceived as tranquil retreats with expansive views, while the attic — featuring a living area, TV room, and bar — transforms into a playful and relaxing space. Every formal gesture on these levels has been carefully calibrated to generate compositional control and spatial continuity that both envelops and protects.
