As protagonists of the great facade of concrete, the metal parasols give horizontality to the project, and a material value that refers to an industrial style. This element, provides privacy to the front, and highlights the contrast between this front and the back, where the windows either open to the views, and links the social area to the garden and the pool. The zen ambience of the solarium, proposes a relaxing atmosphere and comfort. On the ground floor, is an open space. Service areas like the kitchen – that with its imposing island opens to the dining room and the living room –  turns it into a large social area. More intimately, the family room is placed towards the front side of the floor plan in order to isolate it acoustically. Upstairs, three large bedrooms make the most of the space and respect the architectural language that prevails throughout the house.
