MR House, was thought as an opportunity to express simplicity and synthesis, and at the same time strength and presence. The simple geometry and in its material, allows a functional reading from the outside, and a dynamic of use that responds to the contemporary lifestyle. The ground floor is an open space, where social activity takes place. This space connects with the gallery, as an continuity of the interior space, blurring the limits towards the exterior space, allowing a gradual relationship of the inside-outside. Upstairs, the master suite overlooks the lagoon, while the children´s bedrooms are located to the front. The exterior aesthetics of concrete is complemented by iron enclosures that provide a solution to the main access and parasols.
