The river as the protagonist of the spaces, forces to take it into account when projecting. This is how visuals are reserved for the main environments of the home.

Of dynamic lines, and contrasts, the house is implanted in the terrain responding in a particular way in each of its facades. The sector with the highest functional hierarchy – living room – has an exposed concrete structure, while the service sector – kitchen, service bedroom and guest bedroom – is identified as wooden volumes, thus opposing the great presence of stony and compact concrete with material warmth. On the upper floor there are private uses consisting of four en suite bedrooms that enjoy the most privileged views. Towards the back of the building in the garden, the public space extends and an exterior living looks at the river as an annex to the pool and solarium area.

The composition of contrasting lines, morphologies and materials generates spatial richness and challenges the senses.
