The project concept of this contemporary style house is based on an element that is used for private activity, in the shape of a “canyon”. The surrounding concrete structure passes over this canyon, and it is there where public area takes place. Finally, a volume that contains the staircase, sew these two elements. The living room and the garage, although they are resolved by the same element, are separated by a void, thought of as a green space, generating a division between different areas (main and spare), and taking care of the visuals of the public rooms.
