With the typical symmetry of the French style and its distinctive features, such as moulders, attics and balusters, the building faÇade erects itself; however distinctive it may seem, it does not lose its warmth. The panelled window system provides with a hallmark to a style a strong identity. In the house, there is an organization that can be seen as from the exterior: the core, which organizes the access and the family room, and two side wings. On one wing, we find the public area -living room- and on the other wing, the utility area –kitchen, laundry and bedroom. On the top floor, this separation enables to divide the main suite from the children bedrooms. To the rear faÇade, the house has a grill room shed and a large gallery. These areas have a priviledged view towards the lagoon. The pool also takes advantage of the orientation and it generates an infinity effect together with the horizon.
