Materiality, coziness, movement. Three words that perfectly define this single residence, which lines search for harmony and balance through the use of its materials, this represented a great challenge. The clients, from the beginning of the project, expressed their dream of a shelter that refers to the warmth of the mountain huts, without losing sight of the contemporary aesthetics.

Public uses are presented as a large open space on the ground floor. A small atelier is located separate from this large space, overlooking an internal garden, generated by the incoming morphology of the exterior walls. This small garden, apart from separating it from the rest of the ground floor, also generates views to this green area in the living room.

On the upper floor, the private sector of bedrooms and desk, take over the best views of the park, while maintaining the privacy necessary for optimal functionality.
