VM House

VM House is defined by its classical lines and a strongly symmetrical façade, harmoniously integrating influences from international architectural styles such as Mudejar, maximalist, and European. Its double-height entrance not only reinforces spatial hierarchy but also facilitates visual and functional connection between the home’s different levels. A large-scale mirror at the entry enhances the sense of breadth and lends the space an imposing presence.

On the ground floor, the social areas unfold in a sophisticated, fluid environment, with an outdoor extension comprising a pool, sundeck, and a sunken lounge with a fire pit, creating a setting for open-air leisure and gathering. The relationship between indoors and outdoors occurs organically, enhancing the living experience.

The first floor houses three bedrooms, offering privacy and comfort, and is linked to the ground floor by an elegant staircase at the entrance, complemented by an elevator that reinforces the residence’s functionality and accessibility.

The use of moldings, textures, and a carefully curated color palette highlights VM House’s eclectic, maximalist style, consolidating its architectural identity and distinctive character within the urban landscape.
