PIVOT House

Pivot House takes its name from its foundational gesture: a series of volumes that subtly rotate around a central point, as if the architecture were set in motion to follow the sun.

This rotation is not merely aesthetic, it’s a functional decision. Each room is strategically oriented to receive the best natural light throughout the day, creating warmer, brighter, and more efficient interiors.

The ground floor accommodates the home’s social area. A generous, integrated living–dining–kitchen space coexists with a guest bedroom suite and a powder room. The fluid, expansive layout allows for comfortable, natural living without sacrificing privacy.

The upper floor, readable from the exterior by its strong, linear form, functions as a “cannon” that houses the most private part of the residence. Here, two bedrooms share a bathroom, and a primary suite features a walk-in closet and open views to the rear, ensuring calm, privacy, and comfort.

Pivot House is designed for those who value conscious design, quality living, and a deep connection to light and the environment, an architecture that doesn’t impose itself, but intelligently adapts to the site and the rhythm of its inhabitants.
