In contrast, the service wing, which includes the kitchen, guest bedroom, and staff quarters, unfolds as volumes clad in natural wood, adding warmth and texture to the composition.

The upper floor accommodates the private areas, with four en-suite bedrooms that open toward the finest river views, offering intimacy without giving up the pleasure of the landscape.

At the rear, the house extends outward with a generous garden, a pool with sundeck, and an open-air living area conceived as a true extension of the social zone, where water and nature are seamlessly woven into daily life.
