mb House

In this home, the river is not just a backdrop, it is the true protagonist. From the project’s very first sketch, its presence guided every decision, reserving the most striking views for the primary spaces and opening the house generously to the natural surroundings.

With dynamic lines and strong contrasts, the architecture adapts to the site with a sensitive reading of each façade. In the social area, the heart of the home, where the living and dining rooms are located, an exposed-concrete envelope lends solidity and character. In contrast, the service wing, which includes the kitchen, guest bedroom, and staff quarters, unfolds as volumes clad in natural wood, adding warmth and texture to the composition.

The upper floor accommodates the private areas, with four en-suite bedrooms that open toward the finest river views, offering intimacy without giving up the pleasure of the landscape.

At the rear, the house extends outward with a generous garden, a pool with sundeck, and an open-air living area conceived as a true extension of the social zone, where water and nature are seamlessly woven into daily life.
The interplay of lines, forms, and materials not only defines the home’s aesthetic; it awakens the senses and enriches the living experience. This is a house to be lived with all the senses, where design and setting converse in perfect harmony.
