CL House

The main idea of the project was to preserve the warmth of the lapacho wood flooring and to unify the spaces through the furnishings. The home’s contemporary style, perceived from the exterior, continues in the furniture. The living room features a minimalist fireplace, contained within a highly imposing built-in unit with storage and LED lighting. The dining room breaks with the living room’s sobriety through color and an eclectic flair; nonetheless, the sideboard engages in dialogue with the living room’s main unit, creating unity and completing the space.

The bedroom offers a warm atmosphere with pastel tones, mirrors, and wall treatments that frame the resting area. The bathrooms are clad in porcelain tile; however, they aim to maintain warmth through wooden cabinetry and details.

This balance among Silestone, lacquer, and wood is repeated in the kitchen. The spa area is lined in wood, contrasting with the travertine marble that contains the jacuzzi. The entire composition achieves balance and a unique identity within the home. The upstairs bar proposes a social gathering area with wood, velvet, and leather furnishings, where the senses become the protagonists of this playful space.
