Argentine excellence at the top of the world: A+R Arquitectos receives double recognition at the International Property Awards 2025
CP House, a project by A+R Arquitectos, has been recognized by a highly prestigious global organization. The architecture studio returned from Miami with a double triumph at the renowned International Property Awards 2025: Best Architecture Single Residence and Innovation Award 2025–2026. This dual achievement not only reaffirms the excellence of local design and construction, but also positions A+R as a benchmark in the implementation of technology in its processes and in innovation in luxury architectural design.
A competition that sets the global standard
The global architecture and real estate industry has its annual summit of excellence, and that is unquestionably the International Property Awards (IPA). This competition, which every year distinguishes the best projects and developments in more than 80 countries, not only celebrates aesthetics, but also evaluates design, construction quality, innovation, and impact across the entire value chain.
The recent awards ceremony, held at the Ritz Carlton in South Beach, Miami, brought together peers and developers from across the Americas. In this context of maximum competition, A+R Arquitectos returned with emotions running high and with a double recognition that strengthens its position as a regional leader.

A+R Arquitectos received two of the highest honors in the competition for its CP House project, reaffirming a trajectory of more than 15 years pushing the limits of local architecture.
1. Best Architecture Single Residence – Argentina

The Innovation Award 2025–2026,granted by International Property & Travel Magazine,crowned CP House as the most innovative project in the entire Americas, surpassing large‑scale proposals from highly demanding markets such as Canada and the United States.
